Manually validate a transaction

When the “Manually validate” action is triggered, the transaction is created with the status “To be validated”.

You must validate the payment before the authorization request expires. Otherwise, the payment expires.

If you want to receive a specific email when a rule has created a transaction with the status “To be validated”:
  • Add the “Receive an alert” action in the rule configuration.
  • Create a risk rule specific to risk management.

To validate a transaction from the Expert Back Office:

  1. Right-click a transaction with the “To be validated” status.
  2. Select Validate.
  3. Confirm the validation of the selected transaction.
