Exploring the user management interface

The Users interface allows you to view the list of your company’s users and their profiles/roles via the Merchant Back Office.

WARNING

There are two user profiles: administrator or user.

The administrator profile allows the creation and management of all profiles. The user profile remains a classic profile that allows the consultation of permissions.

A profile can have one or more roles: beneficial owner, administrative contact, technical contact, legal representative.

Depending on your profile, you can:
  • View the user list.

    You can search for users (last name, first name, user name, role) using the Filters icon: .

  • Consult user permissions.
  • Create a new user.
  • Assign permissions.
  • Export the user list.

    Click the Export icon () to export the user list.
