I forgot my password

You lost your password and cannot access Merchant Back Office?

1. Go to the login page of your Merchant Back Office: https://secure.lyra.com/portal/
   
2. Click on the Forgotten password? link.

   The Forgotten password window appears.

   
3. Enter your login or your e-mail.
4. Click Send.
   You will then receive an e-mail with the subject Reset your password - Lyra Collect. This e-mail contains a hypertext link.
5. Click on the hypertext link to display the Update the password page.
   
6. Enter then confirm your new password.
7. Click Send.

   Your password has been reset.
