Full or partial refund via Magento
This module allows, via the Invoices menu in Magento, to perform a partial or full refund for an order.
Orders paid by a gift card or in installments must be refunded directly via the Lyra Collect Back Office.
Orders paid in installments must be refunded directly via the Lyra Collect Back Office.
The Lyra Collect offer allowing the use of Web Services must be enabled for this option.
To perform a refund.
- In the menu Sales > Invoices, select the order for refund:
- Click on the Credit Memobutton:
- Enter the number of items and the amount for the refund and click on the Refundbutton.
