SMS sent to the buyer

The table below lists existing SMS notifications and the events that trigger them.

 

A Lyra SMS account is required. For more information, see the related section.

Payment confirmation SMS sent to the client (disabled by default)

Triggering event(s):

  • Payment accepted.

Condition(s):

  • Source of the event is on the FILE list.

Example(s) of use cases:

  • You want to notify your client by SMS when a payment is accepted.

Activation/deactivation of the rule
  • All you need to do it make a right click on the rule and choose Enable the rule/Disable the rule.

    This action will trigger/stop the notification.

Customer registration confirmation SMS sent to the client (disabled by default)

Triggering event(s):

  • Token creation
  • Token update.

Condition(s):

  • None

Example(s) of use cases:

  • You want to notify your client by SMS when a token is created or updated.

Activation/deactivation of the rule
  • All you need to do it make a right click on the rule and choose Enable the rule/Disable the rule.

    This action will trigger/stop the notification.

Recurring payment confirmation SMS sent to the client (disabled by default)

Triggering event(s):

  • Creation of a recurring payment.

Condition(s):

  • None.

Example(s) of use cases:

  • You want to notify your client by SMS when a subscription is created.

Activation/deactivation of the rule
  • All you need to do it make a right click on the rule and choose Enable the rule/Disable the rule.

    This action will trigger/stop the notification.
