What to do in case of a chargeback?

The merchant must provide all the supporting documents needed to challenge this chargeback via the cardholder’s bank (invoice, proof of dispatch, communication with the cardholder, etc.).

If the merchant wishes to challenge the chargeback issued by the cardholder’s bank, he or she has 15 days for gathering all the information in his or her possession to dispute the chargeback.

This information will be used as evidence to explain/dispute the situation via the buyer’s bank.
