When do chargebacks occur?

If the cardholder objects to a transaction, the cardholder’s bank will issue an chargeback which will be transmitted to Lyra Collect.

A chargeback occurs when an accepted transaction is disputed by the buyer via his or her bank (stolen card, damaged product, non-receipt of a product, etc.).
