How do I view my statements and invoices in Merchant Back Office?
Your various invoices, account statements and expense reports are stored in your Merchant Back Office and can be accessed at any time.
- After you log in to your Merchant Back Office, click on the Documents tab.
The statement/invoice view page is displayed by default.
- Click on the download icon to the right of the document you would like to download.
You can filter your search by clicking on the column names (Type, Period, File name) or by using the Filters icon.
The documents are stored in PDF format, you will need an Acrobat PDF reader to view them.
