In PRODUCTION mode, if your Buyer gets an error message such as:
|An error occurred during the payment request, please make sure that the posted parameters match the ones specified in the documentation.|
It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.
You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.
We invite you to check the following reason(s) to resolve the issue:
|The submitted reference does not exist.|
Verify the value of vads_ctx_mode. It is possible that the token used for the payment exists in TEST mode, but the PRODUCTION mode is submitted in the request.
The tokens created in TEST mode are not recognized in PRODUCTION mode.
|The token was not provided.|
The vads_identifier field is mandatory when the value of the vads_page_action field is SUBSCRIBE (subscription for a recurring payment) or REGISTER_UPDATE (update of the payment method details). It must be present and correctly populated in the payment form.
Verify that the vads_identifier field has been sent to the payment gateway.
