Understanding seller statuses
Sellers (seller) have a reduced number of statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| INACTIVE | Two possible cases: thesellerhas not been validated yet or has been disabled. They are not able to accept payments. |
| ACTIVE | Thesellerhas been validated and can receive cash settlements and disbursements. |
| LOCKED | Thesellerwas the subject of a modification request on your part, after its creation. They can receive receipts and, except in special cases (see chapter Identifying disabled sellers) continue to receive the corresponding disbursements. |
The status of thesellerobjects may change without notice.
Pay attention to inactive sellers
The objectselleris generated several minutes after the enrollment request (registration), but its status remains INACTIVE. Do not use the uuid of the seller in the registration for testing the seller’s validity.
