Modifying the default value of the advanced parameters

You can modify the default value of the following parameters:

  • The validity period of a payment link,
  • The mandatory order reference entry,
  • The activation of manual validation for transactions,
  • The capture delay for transactions.

  1. Sign in to the Expert Back Office:
    https://secure.lyra.com/portal/
  2. Click Other actions at the bottom of the menu to access your Expert Back Office.

Other actions appears only if your user account has the "Access to the expert back office” permission.

Reach out to your company’s back office administrator to obtain this permission.

  3. Go to Settings > Shop, then select the shop for which the configuration must be changed.
  4. Select the Configuration tab.
  5. In the Payment order & Mobile application box:
    • modify the Payment order default validity period

The maximum validity period of a payment link is 3 months.

As long as the payment link has not been finalized (i.e. settled by the buyer), you can change its validity period via the “Change the expiry date of the link” function of the Expert Back Office or automatically via the PaymentOrder/Update Web Service function.

    • Check the Mandatory order reference entry box to make the order reference mandatory.
  6. In the Default payment configuration box, enter:
    • The default capture delay.
    • The default validation mode (automatic or manual)
If you also use our payment APIs (form with redirection, embedded payment, payment modules), these values will apply to all your payments if you do not override them in your payment requests. For more information, see the implementation guide of the corresponding API.
  7. Click Save.
