How do I manage the Wix order ID?
The Wix order ID cannot be transmitted on the payment gateway.
However, if you encounter difficulties in associating the order made via Lyra and the Wix CMS you can do the following:
- Retrieve the order reference of the transaction via Expert Back Office, it corresponds to the UUID of the transaction on the Wix side.
- Go to the following URL: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/ [WIX SHOP ID] /store/orders/order/ [WIX UUID]
Replace [WIX SHOP ID] by your Wix shop ID, its format is: a12bc345-d678-9123-456e-7f89a123bc4d
Replace [WIX UUID] by the Wix UUID of the transaction ( Lyra order reference), its format is: 1abcd2e3-456f-7a8b-9123-4c5def67891a
- You will be redirected to the Wix order page that corresponds to this transaction.
