error 10219 - Error 10219 - PAYPAL_MID_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED

In production mode, if your Buyer gets an error message such as:

An error occurred during the payment request, please make sure that the posted parameters match the ones specified in the documentation.

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.

You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.

We invite you to check the following reason(s) to resolve the issue:

Your PayPal contract is not using the latest app version
You must grant the payment gateway the necessary authorizations so that your contract can accept payments via the new PayPal API. To do this: Via your Expert Back Office, open the details of your PayPal contract (Settings > Company > Merchant IDs tab). In the REST API authorization management box, click Give the authorization and follow the instructions. Once you have returned to your Expert Back Office, change the Integration mode by choosing the REST API (new API) value and click Save.
