Configuring your Google Pay contract in the Expert Back Office

 You must complete this step, once the Google Pay Merchant ID has been created by sales administration.

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Back Office:

  2. Click Other actions to access your Expert Back Office.

  3. Go to Settings > Company > Merchant IDs.

  4. Select your Google Pay™ MID.

  5. You can select CVV request from Google Pay.

    If you tick this box, Google Pay systematically requests CVV entry when the “CRYPTOGRAM_3DS” authentication mode is not applicable. See: Authentication methods.

    The CVV is checked by Google via its PSP and then encrypted and transmitted with the card data to the payment gateway.

  6. You can select Receive shipping details of Google Pay.

    If this box is ticked, Google Pay retrieves the shipping details from the buyer’s Google account. This information is displayed in the same window when the buyer selects their card for the purchase.

    The buyer can also choose another address from their account or enter a new address.

    In this case, the buyer must enter a full address before proceeding to the payment.

    The payment gateway retrieves this data to update the transaction details, and transmits it to the merchant website via the IPN.

  7. Read the terms of service, then tick the box I have read and accept the Google Pay terms of service.

  8. Click Save.
